If my appointment is at 10:30 I don’t want to finally leave the waiting room at 12:30 who I was today. Then it’s for a procedure that I had to take off of work for as well as get someone to bring me that also had to take off. Yall need to get it together”

“They use a message service to provide information about your procedure and to answer questions. They don't respond in a timely manner. I asked the same question three days in a row with no response. The only time I spoke with someone was when I cancelled out of frustration. The only reason they have one star is due to how pleasant the person was on the phone. They definitely should get rid of the message service.”
